The Employment problem

M:I heard Sony announced reorganization plans for the downsizing of 16000 people or more would be executed all over the world by the end of March in 2010.In the electronics buisiness sections such as the televisions and digital cameras continue to decline .What do you think about this problem?

R:I think that it is a very serious problem.Dismissal is increasing not only in Sony but in various companies.

S:Our job-hunting activities will start next year.It is a worryng time.

K:I hope that business recovers immediately.
